GSparky's Bulk to 175

So my goal here is to bulk to 175. I will be logging my lifts and diet.
Currently I am on a M/T/F Split.
Monday-Back&Bi's
Wednesday-Chest&Shoulders&Tri's
Friday-Legs
I am currently in the middle of Two-A-Days, but once those are over I will be going to back to a diff. routine.

Current Stats
Weight-158.5 lbs
Height-5'7.4
Bodayfat%-14.5%

The main goal of this bulk is to pack on weight and size, because this football season I will be playing nose guard instead of linebacker.(Yes mad)

The routine varies. But it will consist of 2-4 sets each exercise(Not counting warm up) with 4-8 reps each set.

Tomorrow I will start logging.

Plus today I was back at two-a-days, and was running late this morning,

Good lift today, but only got to do certain stuff because my coaches had to leave early. Plus I have to mix in legs today because I dont have practice Friday.

Didnt keep to good track of diet today, but I know I got plenty of cals in. I went to an all you can eat buffet, and pigged out. So I'm sure I'm still gaining.


On football note- We had evaluations today(Where you sit down with position coach and he tells you where you stand on the team) and I'm doing pretty good. I'll be starting JV noseguard. And my coach told me if I can work on my quickness and explosion then I could be getting alot of Friday night time. So I'm pretty pumped about it. Now I need to work myself 10x as hard.

Off day today, but after doing a tackling curcuit today(no pads) I realized I need to start working neck a little bit more. So I used this neck extension thing we have in my gym and did:
50x10(front/back/both sides)
60x8(front/back/both sides)


Feeling pretty good today, not sore or anything. Might go for a light jog later. Tomorrow I will most likely hit the gym after my doctors apointment to hit back&bi's, but we'll see.

Went to the doctor today. Measured up at 5'6.5 and 158 lbs. I'm shorter than I though lol. I think I'm hitting the gym today to hit back&bi's. I'm pretty pumped.

Pretty pissed.
Got a good lift today, but my lifting coach for football f*cked everything up,
now we do these stupid full body curcuits M/W/F. But I manage to half ass that workout, and do mine after.
Forgot journal this morning so recorded nothing,
but got a pretty good Chest/Tri's/Shoulders workout.
Hit new PR with 65'sx3 DB Shoulder Press.

This bulk isnt going to well. With two-a-days I cant seem to do anything but loose weight. But only 2 more weeks tell they're over. I guess I'll use this as a small cut. Today weighed in at 151.
