So are you gonna be taking a little diet break for a few weeks or dieting straight into the next show 14 weeks away? You've been dieting for a long time! Great work ethic

Nope. Not at all. I love my diet. Last night I endulged at Texas Road House. Couple apps, couple beers, T bone, and sweet potato... Good enough for me. I will be increasing my calories quit abit though, but within the same guidelines. I will also have a free meal 1 x per week, or if I see something off the diet I may want, I'll prob have it. Other than that its back to work!

Thats dedication right there. Most would take a week or two off and then get back to the diet, but not Randy.

Randy, CONGRATS on a great job!!! Well wishes with the next one. 14 weeks and you are already in shape spells nothing but TROUBLE for the competition.

That is one hell of a supp list..lol Are you planning on keeping the two-a-day's on cardio until the show, or just playing by ear? I have been doing at least 60 minutes each day and more on HIIT day's.

Thanks bro. Now I can focus on diet and training without the major amounts of cardio in the way.
