so i have no power cage, and parents wont buy one case we are really tight on budget. im trying to get a job but no one is hiring at the moment.
well all i have is a bench. i can do everything except squats..kinda
if i take the back end(the part those goes fron incline to decline) off and adjust the things holding the bar to the highest, i can fit under there, but i would already be at a full squat(when going down) so i cant really lift heavy.
when i do these, i always get a sharp pain in my left hip socket.
so now im thinking about making a squat stand out of wood...
oh, in b4 cool story, even though your gonna say it.
but yes ive been squating like this for about 2 1/2 months.

it sucks being 6'4 and 160
ok look this is my diet for the past 3 months..my metabolism is too fast for me to put weight on and too active to gain weight. its bull.

4eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 butter toast
meal2
2chicken breast
cup and a hlf of rice
veggies
meal3
shake
meal4
same as meal 2
meal5
w/e mom cooks.
oh, then i do my post w/o shake.
