Outer Quads Overdeveloped
What are good exercises for the inner quads? My outers tend to get way too developed (narrow straight squats) and it has caused knee pain. Thanks.

Dude, you seem to have much worse problems than overdeveloped out quads. I had to look to see what you did to get all the red rep so quick. Here is what I found:
You have trouble with green, inconsistent stool:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=113312361
You have wrist/carpal tunnel issues:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post271789491
You have trouble balancing your lifting/eating/family/work:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=113266871
Another issue with the wrists..some nerve pinching issue (note: I am not reading all these):
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=113243291
You seem to age a lot faster than the rest of us:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post270685841 (you posted this in January 09 saying you were 19, but have already turned 28...don't pass this aging disease on to us here or we will all be dead tomorrow)
Hmm...more nerves pinching, this time in the traps:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=113090821
Biceps tendon inflammation from benching (wtf?):
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=113087061
Shoulder issues when benching plus other assorted ailments:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=111429641
Doing ab work causes you to go deaf (okay, okay, so this has happened to me too ):

YOu were turned into an animal by herbs (apparently, we now know how you lost your ability to think rationally):
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...3#post71497403
At some point, you "banged" a half-chick:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...3267231&page=2
You may have suffered a hernia:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...1#post51296721
Clicking in your shoulders (might be a bomb, so run ):
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...1#post42554541
Ouch...your shoulder pops out near your chest? How does that happen?
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...1#post42481521
You banged an elbow and thought this was worth asking about :

Low Test at 17.5 in '07..seems to jive with the 19 years old in '09, but not with the 28 in profile:

So, I am thinking the biggest issue is this. Either:
a) You are dying
or
b) You are a hypochondriac

It was actually real easy. Like I said, the guy was very red. Looking at his posts, almost every single one of them had something like that in it. Took maybe 5 minutes or so.
