Almost always train at 630am, honestly feel way stronger at that time. Take a pre usually but don't really have to (caffeine addict). I'm not sure but I think test levels are way higher in morning (like 5-12) than at night. If weak it'll be from being up all night.

Another plus to AM workouts, you seem to get less gym idiots not working in, leaving weights on bars or in wrong place, not wiping down, etc.

I guess if you are willing to come to school at 630am to lift you are probably less likely to be a dumbass (that said there is a few remarkable ones *rage*). There are people you get to know and even though we all keep to ourselves it's pretty comfortable (ie people spot etc)

If you're used to lifting at night then suddenly do early morning workouts its gonna be a shock at first. Prepare for shi*ty workouts for a good week. But after a week you'll notice you have more energy in the morning because your body has adapted.

Yeah this makes sense to me, i used to lift mornings last year when i wasn't serious about the gym,but now i'd rather keep going a the time where i can get maximum results and work the hardest

I actually can respect that and appreciate nice clothes myself, however it does come off as arrogant to say you wouldn't wear Levi's ever. Excluding the fact that they make legitimately good-for-the-money jeans, excluding their Sears BS, there is still the fact that some people cannot afford Dior or Flat Head. I don't mean this as disrespect but it is shortsighted and I think misses the picture, not to mention seems to miss the quality/price illusion (I'm mainly thinking of the inclusion of Diesel here).

Different brands shrink different though, at first they will feel tighter than you want but will stretch out as you wear. Don't wash them srs, or handwash in cold then hang.
