You guys obviously have heard about that 19 year old girl that got killed, Maple Batalia. ****en sad, apparently it was her ex bf. Sad to see someone with so much promise killed because of jealousy. RIP

Anyone know of any good store's where I can pick up punching gloves(good ones) and mouth guard(also a good one) locally instead of buying online?

Theres some store on kingsway but i forgot the name, sells tons of excercise gear, dunno bout gloves.

That sucks. Weird though that there are a ****ton of sports varsity clubs started by amateurs so it's kinda nyeh to use the lack of "professionalism" as a reason to not approve.

And then there are so many Christian/Chinese/whatever clubs that makes you wonder how all of them got constituted by the AMS.

exactly, theres tae kwon do club, fencing club etc how the hell do they get passed the liability issues?

hell, theres even a ubc sports car club where they take cars to the track and race them! WTF!!!

honestly, I think it's the fact that they might think it's just gonna be a a bench of meat heads that are going to join. If u want, I could possibly help because im in the Food Nutrition and Health program; want to major in Nutritional Sciences.

MMA brah. Been wrestling for 8-9 years now doing MMA(inb4 you train tapout/affliction/ufc) Mamba MMA under a former K1 fighter ranked 6th in the world for muay thai. And olympian wrestler also trains us although I've been trained by other olympians and world class wrestlers. Should start jiu-jitsu soon when the belt ranks come in which will be soon. yeah i went to the candle light last night, a ton of people showed up. then i heard about another shooting that happened down the street maybe an hour before the event :@:@
