ive nver tried a creatine before so i jus thought ill try it out now. some ppl told me SizeOn puts on wayy to much water weight and can hurt ur definition. He leaded me to M5 instead which is a kre-alkalyn. the guy was a salesman from gnc so i dunno if he was jus tryna make money off of me and exaggerating SizeOn's side effects or really telling the truth. M5 is wayy more expensive. jus a fyi i am aware that all creatine must retain some amount of water.

'cell*cor' products in general are ridiculously overpriced
my advice, first time ever taking creatine, is to get a parents approval and get a small tub of creatine monohydrate and take 3-5g of creatine in your post workout protein shakeGaspari Nutrition Rep and Overall BAMF

Sizeon is by far my favorite creatine. I've noticed fuller muscles, increases in strength and retention in all the strength gains I made once I cycled off. Also, no water bloat. In fact, I look more defined on it as my muscles look fuller etc. Somewhat expensive but if you have the cash, I definitely think it is worthwhile.

Creatine monohydrate is both cheap and effective. Great way to start creatine supplementation. With that being said, SizeOn is a great product. I've used it multiple times, strength and weight increased with no noticable bloat. Either way, you are in good hands if your diet/training are where they need to be. Good luck with your experience bud
