    Precision Engineered Muscle & Weight Gainer

    Ok, i seen this at a shop today and its pretty cheap. I was wondering if its any good, im on a bulk and trieng to put on some weight and muscle mass.

    Here are the nutritional info:

    Each serving (85g) contains:
    Energy - 1,342 kJ and 316 kcal
    Protein - 24.3g
    Carbohydrate - 52.9g
    of which sugars - 33.5g
    Fat - 0.8g
    of which saturates - 0.2g
    Fibre - 0.9g
    Sodium - 0.17g

    IMHO....It has to much sugar in it,i wouldnt use it,but thats me.

    I used it as one of my first weight gainers when i started lifting at 16 and i liked it..i prefer ON serious mass but this is a decent gainer imo.

    Def. agree....has a TON of sugar. Look into Cytogainer or Real Gains both are very solid.
