    iron pack+zma?

If I'm taking a multivitamin (Arnold series iron pack) do I need to continue taking zma or is there enough zinc, magnesium & vitamin b6 in the iron pack to stop taking the zma?

    Cheers

No need to continue with the ZMA if you are already getting enough . Personally I have found the only real benefit from it is deeper , restful sleep.

This. Its really only useful as a sleep aid. I had some of the deepest sleep of my life taking it. Also very vivid dreams.

Yeah cool, I just wasn't sure if the amount in the iron pack would be considered 'enough'.

The amount in Iron Pack is more than enough for the daily recommended dose for zince, magnesium, and b-6. If you feel you aren't getting "enough" of these vitamins and minerals then you can continue to supplement with a ZMA product. However, it is not needed and can be saved for a later date.
