If I'm taking a multivitamin (Arnold series iron pack) do I need to continue taking zma or is there enough zinc, magnesium & vitamin b6 in the iron pack to stop taking the zma?
Cheers

The amount in Iron Pack is more than enough for the daily recommended dose for zince, magnesium, and b-6. If you feel you aren't getting "enough" of these vitamins and minerals then you can continue to supplement with a ZMA product. However, it is not needed and can be saved for a later date.
