Everyone has heard the age-old idea that the ideal workout should take anywhere in between 45-60 minutes. But some people say that while they are bulking, they wait 3-4 minutes between sets. On a 5 day split, is 10-15 sets total for a bodypart enough? My workouts seem to take almost 90 minutes each day (with me taking 3 or 4 minutes between sets). Am I still taking too long, or should I shorten the rest time?
