Should i use that routine for like 3 weeks or something or squat and leg press and ****. If you think i shouldnt follow it tell me what to do this week.

Um, for legs just do
4 - 5 sets of 4 - 6 reps on squat
3 sets of high reps 8+ on leg press
3 sets of high reps 8+ on leg curls
3 sets of reps over 20 on a machine to work calves
add in another quad / hamstring exercise if you want. end off with walking lunges with dumbbells in your hands until you fall over, lol.
