Home workout for upper chest
I noticed the upper part of my chest has no muscle, the lower part has enough but it seems like im not working out the upper part. by lower I mean the nipple area, and by upper i mean the area below your neck. I need workouts I can do WITHOUT weights at home. simple stuff such as pushup variations and such that can workout the UPPER part of my chest. need help on this

exactly, anything that puts more focus onto your upper chest. the higher you elevate them, the harder its going to be... use a couch, bed, etc.

You don't even need to elevate your legs a whole lot to start using upper pecs, elevate too much and you begin focusing on delts. If you can get you body angled like 20 degrees to the ground for pushups you should be set.
