I've been training for just over 4 years now. When it comes to lifting, I am very dedicated, never missing a workout and always putting out 100% into workouts. But, my diet is a whole different story. This is why my bodyfat stands at 14-16% when I would like it at 10-12%. I have read the stickies on this site and have an idea what a cutting diet looks like. Eating a caloric deficit, clean foods (chicken, brown rice, etc.). The difficulty for me is doing the cooking and eating the same foods when I am always offered meals by family and friends. Any help to get me on track to a better physique is appreciated.

"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

OP: Keep in mind that you want to be your best, don't worry about what other people are doing. Don't compare yourself to them or be concerned with them. As long as you keep track of what you're doing you'll get there.
