I'll tell you to weight train and target all muscle groups at least once per week, consume 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass and reduce caloric intake until you start seeing results. I would give you similar advice, except suggest that you include HIIT exercise three times a week on alternate days. Really, it all comes down to diet, adequate protein, HIIT, lifting heavy, and consistency.
