Starting Sheiko #29.
Have a meet coming up in December sometime, so hopefully this will boost my numbers past my last meet numbers. I'll be happy with any kind of increase in my total even if it's only 10 pounds, progress is progress.
I really want to follow through with this hournal, so any bitch slaps are warmly welcome.
Starting poundages:
Squat: 400
Bench: 365
Deadlift: 580
The reason the squat is so low is I'm working on widening my stance and I've had some kind of injury in my left quad, up near the hip in between the quad and hamstring. Hopefully this is all healed up as I have not been squatting the last couple of weeks and before that I wasn't squatting regularly.
