Yeah!! finally got my bench press where i want it :D
Havent done a max session a while, about 2-3 months! my max rep back then was 105kg (roughly 231 lbs for americans!)
Today, finally went for a max session, and got 6 reps on that! while pushing out a 1 max rep of 127.5kg! (282 lbs) this is all after 11 months of dedicated training, a lot to which i owe this site for!
cheers for the help guys!

Is your squat lower than bench? If so work on that. And for 2 years of benching what was your progress exactly?

ahh! i have not updated my squat! its actually 145kg now! (my squat that is!) i need to keep updating lifts and pictures!
i have not benched for 2 years, just 11 months!
erm, i dont know if this is what you mean but i`l try to answer
i started off benching 50kg for about 5 reps, gradually increasing the weight each week till i reached a peak of what i could lift (which turned out to be about 100kg!), i then dropped down to 80kg and done 5 sets of 5 reps, for about 4 weeks, then tried 100kg again, and managed to get 4 reps out of that!
sorry if you cant understand that, but thats what i did!
