When I began really lifting (not just randomly doing a bench press once to seem cool to my friends), I was probably 14, and I think I could put up 165 or so for 1-rep
I was up to 255lb max by 16, thanks to off season training in football, and then I stopped lifting until I was in college.
I went from 225lb 1-rep max at 19 y/o to 265lb in a few months. By 20/21, I was repping 225lb for 10-12 and maxed 350lb.
You gotta start somewhere, and you'll be amazed at how much your strength improves just from getting a little older. ... and training of course.

The Very FIRST Time I Benched Was On A 15lb. Bar With 25's on each side , which is 65lbs. when i was 14 and i did i believe 5x10 or 5x15 but the first time i benched on an olympic style bench i did 105lbs. 3x10. Pathetic i know. But its different now. REAL DIFFERENT. its fun to look back on those days when u just started, i still cant believe the gains i've made.
