    Not sure if serious...

    Doing your back is as close as you'll get to doing another bicep workout...

    So if you'd do two consecutive bicep workouts, then do it.

    i used to train that way and do back/bi's and chest/tri's but i didn't like it very much

    now i do this
    monday: chest/bi's
    tuesday: back
    thursday: shoulder's/tri's
    friday: legs

    eh it works for me

    EDIT:

    on monday for bi's i do:
    EZ Bar Curls 3 Sets
    Dumbell Curls 3 Sets

    on tuesday for back i do:
    Pullups 3 Sets
    Barbell Rows 4 Sets
    T-Bar Rows 3 Sets
    Wide Grip Pulldowns 3 Sets
    Dumbell Rows 3 Sets

    back workouts =/= bicep workouts

    deadlifts
    BB rows with overhand grip
    wide grip pullups
    dumbell rows
    etc

    unless your back workout consists of nothing but underhand-grip deadlifts/rows and chin-ups, doing back the day after biceps is not a problem.

    Monday: Chest/Shoulders

    Wednesday: Back/Shoulders/Traps

    Friday: Biceps/Triceps

    I mountain bike for an hour Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday so i still get a decent leg workout.

    If you are doing a real intense bicep workout and then an intense back workout the next day, you probably wont be able to go as hard because your arms havnt fully recovered from the day before.
