    I lost 15lbs but look the same?

    I've been trying to lost body fat since forever, I was at 135 about 2 or 3 months ago.

    Now I'm at 120lbs and my upperbody looks the same! Still got the fat.

    I'm 5'5, btw

    If you're certain you still look like you have the same bodyfat, you may have lost a reasonable portion of muscle.

    Either way, at that weight you will have low muscle and therefore you won't look that defined unless you lose a SERIOUS amount of fat.

    Easier option, bulk up, add on 30 pounds of mass then do a cut and you'll start to see a much better difference.

    bro u have nothing to cut down to at 120lbs. try putting some mass on first. get some decent muscle size and then cut some fat. i'm 5'4" 150 and i'm starting to bulk August 1st

    i gained 15 lbs, but still look the same in pics lol. some parts look smaller now in pics even tho they increased in size.

    Yeah, I was thinking of just building.

    I'm getting tired of eating less than 1500 cals. I wanna eat.

    The reason I don't wanna bulk up sometimes is because I dont wanna get too big.


    So, any of you got a suggested workout plan, or should I just do basic stuff? 3 days a week, 2 muscles a day, etc?

    Mate you're not going to explode into Coleman over night...It takes years and years...

    Do a basic strength program or a basic 3 day split of:

    Mon: Legs/Shoulders
    Wed: Chest/Tri's
    Friday: Back/Bi's

    Or something along those lines.

    Id say try out Rippetoes starting strength. Its pretty basic easy to understand and do. And you will gain a lot of strength on it! Like MrB1g said your not gonna get huge fast so just eat 100 or 200 above maintenance if your that worried about putting on weight otherwise go for 500 or so above and get to where you want to be.

    Keep doing cardio as much as possible, eat right, and lift.. If you don't want to get "big" than control how much you lift, but lifting is importante.

    I have the same fear, first day I went to the gym I was 140lbs, I woke up at 180lbs... now I'm scared to go again cause I don't want to break 200.

    Im pretty sure its not gonna do anything espically only 15 pounds i was 5'5 and used to weigh 106 during my wrestling season and my chest always looked the same and i used to weigh about 125 before the season. I was just really skinny while looking at my stomach chest still had fat.

    it WRONG if u have lack of mucsel IT DOESNT MATTER HOW MUCH WEIGHT U LOSE u will just look like a skinny fat guy

    simply go workout gain 30lbs then think about cutting
