Hi Everyone,
I was injured 7 Months ago (Left Upper Back and Left Back Shoulder)
I did not go to the GYM during that period (lost a great deal of lean body mass), i still feel pain but i can't stay away from the GYM anymore!
Last week i started to go to the GYM again, trying to start gaining the lost muscles hopefully
Today, it was the Back workout and i was speaking with a Trainer about my unrecovered injuries, so he started to make me do the back exercises but instead of doing the full range of motion i was doing like 1/2 the full range of motion and then with the increased weights 1/4 the full range of motion! i was too tired from this workout even with very low weights, i felt the pump and i felt heat inside my muscles!
So what was going on?
Is this a good workout or not?
Is it really not effective to do the full range of motion (fully extending your arms)?
do you think i can gain lean mass using this technique?
