    this is a link to an article i found about a scientific study that determined the ultimate key to overall fitness, and more specifically weightloss, success

    the long and short of it basically says that those who attended regular support groups ,where they were made accountable for their actions, and consistently reinforced had more success staying disciplined and in turn had better results

    and if this forum isn't a support group of sorts then i don't know what is

    that blog has a truck load of great fat loss stuff and i will def be frequenting it in the future
