Since April 2009 I lost over 40 pounds, the last 10 days I train with maximal weights I cann make 2-3 reps. I noticed that, I look leaner but I gained 2 lbs in 10 days. I check my BF, the skin on ABS is really thinner than it was 10 days ago. Furthermore ABS first four packs are well seen, while 10 days ago they could not have been seen. Waist size shrinked by 1.5 cm.
Biceps size increased by 0.5cm, I feel uppper chest and back muscles rose also.
I am on cutting diet, eating 1800-1900 calories a day. Doing cardio everyday and 20 minutes of swimming.
So finally I concluded it's possible to raise muscles while sitting on caloric deficit. Just make reps with maximal weight and new big weight. The weight must be new for muscle to stress it.
agree or not?
