    Question How long after eat take creatine?!?!?!

    ok so right now im kinda confused....im taking a protein shake after my workout and i also take creatine....

    should i take creatine after my workout and then wait before i take my protein shake?
    or should i take my protein shake after my workout and wait before i take creatine?

    or should i take them together at the same time?

    how long do i wait before i consume the other?

    Take the creatine whenever. It doesn't matter.

    It's best to take them together as one drink or meal, Also consider some simple carbs into the mix, I personally use Carbslam PF
