ON gold standard whey is the best. I have tried many different kinds and ON products deff taste the best. Muscle Milk isint bad at all, and it has a good amount of calories. If you have the money get something like ON pro complex or if your looking for a gainer maybe get ON pro complex gainer im trying a tub of that right now, its not bad really filling and has 60g protein and about 700 cals

Ok I've never really looked into muscle milk... Is it supposed to be a weight gainer? Cuz if it is, it's go to be the shittiest weight gainer in the world. 350 cals, 12 carbs, 32 grams protein and 18 g fat. I'd rather drink 2 cups of milk and get better nutrition...

Too much fat. Too less protein per serving. Too little servings. Slow digesting protein so its not good for a postworkout shake.

Neither of any consequence. Fats before workout should be kept down, but post workout does not matter. Also, look into studies of whey/casein combined post workout vs. whey alone...note that the combination has a greater effect...

For a supplementy designed specifically as a meal replacement for improved body comp, its got some ****ty ingredients. Supposedly it also has alot of MSG (calcium caseinate), not sure though.

Syntha-6 and Dymatize 12-hour would work much better. Or just some ON casein with a bit of EVOO.

Modern oil processing is a different thing entirely. The oil is removed by a combination of high temperature mechanical pressing and solvent extraction. Traces of the solvent (usually hexane) remain in the oil, even after considerable refining. Like all modern vegetable oils, canola oil goes through the process of caustic refining, bleaching and degumming--all of which involve high temperatures or chemicals of questionable safety. And because canola oil is high in omega-3 fatty acids, which easily become rancid and foul-smelling when subjected to oxygen and high temperatures, it must be deodorized. The standard deodorization process removes a large portion of the omega-3 fatty acids by turning them into trans fatty acids. Although the Canadian government lists the trans content of canola at a minimal 0.2 percent, research at the University of Florida at Gainesville, found trans levels as high as 4.6 percent in commercial liquid oil.24 The consumer has no clue about the presence of trans fatty acids in canola oil because they are not listed on the label.

-This was what I found when I googled your source. I was under the impression Canola oil was not made from rape seed anymore which was the problem.

I'd be interested in reading more sources.

EDIT: Did more research...nvm, I'm wrong.
