i always get too tired when working out my back :\, end up dropping weights making a fool of myself

3 sets of wide grip pulls (with 10lb assist weight) - Im a strong guy, so find it strange i cant do more than 3 reps with no assist weight.
3 sets of lat pulldowns.
2 sets of barbell rows.
3 sets of cable rows.

deadlifts brah, do them.
also try to feel the muscle working and squeeze it with every rep,Don't just move the weight. make sure you have good form too.
