Back?

****. everytime it comes to it I always have **** workouts,
I can never feel my back working and always have to do different weight every sesh.

Any ideas to hit the back more and actually make it sore?

also try to feel the muscle working and squeeze it with every rep,Don't just move the weight. make sure you have good form too.
