I am currently stacking Purple Wraath with SHock THerapy. SO far so good. Can you briefly tell me why 4g of protein would give any noticeable benefit.?It seems to be such a small amount i dont see why it's even in there. No hate intended, I know some other products have small-ish amounts of protein as well and I've been curious.

between the protein and leucine your at 6.5 grams plus you have the glycine, so your amino count is on par with purple wraath per serving and we suggest 1-2 servings, so you are getting a good amount. also this is hydro whey, not regular whey so its fast absorbing.

Anyway, I have always tried to be level headed and fair with my reviews/criticisms/etc. (Controlled Labs might feel they are more a victim of this than anyone, I'm sure some days they love me and some they hate me)

Either way I will put up my honest thoughts, and to try and avoid the unavoidable comparisons I will review it as it is and not against any other product available.

One of my first "stacks" was RPM + Purple Wraath. I was definitely a "noob" at the time, but I'd be lying if I said those weren't some of my most intense, memorable days in the gym. For all of the complaints that Wraath gets, it does what it sets out to do very well. 2 scoops is pretty solid as far as profile goes, and the taste...isn't great, but I have found that the more you use it the more you want it. I didn't like the taste at first but by the end of my first tub I was looking forward to the daily dose of Wraath. The lemonade flavor was slightly better than the grape version imo.

I actually think that while I am "fair" in my praise/criticisms of companies that companies that I like tend to get the high end of criticism. I remember a problem I had with one company that is one of my favorites and I flew off the handle on them, lol.

well my supp expierence is only whey, xtend, fish oils and multi vitamin, only expierence is no xplode and i went through like 15-20 servings lol

so hopefully my body will respond quite well to my huge CL stack, ive done my research and it all looks so solid
