    Time to start my cut diet! Please critique and help me out

    4 whole omega 3 eggs
    1 cup of oatmeal


    8oz chicken breast
    1 cup of brown rice
    28grams of raw almonds

    post workout:
    55g of whey protein
    1/2 cup of oats


    8oz chicken breast
    1 cup of brown rice


    8oz lean ground beef
    2 cups of broccoli


    2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
    28grams of whey protein

    Total:
    2,506 calories

    69.9 fat

    164.9 carbs

    281.3 protein

    27% carbs
    47% protein
    26% fat

    I am 6'3, 210 pounds. My body fat is 17 percent. How does my meal plan look? Any suggestions for food I should add/switch out for? Thanks!
