I don't want to be a model, I just like that the models body are very proportioned. Yes, the lower body exercises aren't as intense as the upper.
Edit: Is Rippetoes just as good as this? Because I'm currently doing Rippetoes.

obviously not the best routine out there, but the routine didnt look as bad as a i thought it would be just by reading the title.
suprised to see squats and shrugs just cuz most models have no trapsStats:
Squat: 335x1 (raw), 225x25 (raw)
Bench: 205x1
Deadlift: 285x2
Power Clean: 165x3
Standing Vertical Jump: 33.4 inches
40 yard dash: 4.65 (stop watch) 4.91 (laser)
Pro Agility: 4.44
