just a thought
how about shaving them? my boyfriend shaves his chest i think the duct tape would hurt! Just remember to put cream after it's all done.

thats what i have always done, shaving, but it gets to be a hassle and time consuming and doesn't look as good as waxing. yeah ill definately use cream afterwards, thanks.

i heard that nair stuff stinks, i mean it doesn't smell good i heard.
i have no chest hair but i shave my legs regularly in summer but i wouldn't mind trying that stuff on my legs, i also hate shaving.
i heard there is also some mouse that you spray on and it comes off like nair.

Most of the hair removals work the same way. They make Nair now so that it does not smell so bad....and it does only take 4 minutes.
They do last a little longer than shaving....but only for a couple of days...if you want really smooth.
The longest lasting....waxing. Worth the money and pain for a month of no hair.

Homemade gel for hair removal
Homemade Nad's Recipe
Juice of 1/2 a lemon.
1 cup sugar.
1/4 cup honey.
Put in microwave and cook stirring occaionally until it has boiled. It takes along time to cool. (remember kids, cool won't burn... be patient!)
1.) Mix the ingredients, and microwave it for 2 min., stir and microwave it for about 20-30 sec. more. Let it cool till it is warm and you can spread a THIN strip onto your skin.
2.) Make sure your skin is clean, so the oils in your skin and hair don't keep the sugar from sticking. Dust the area with cornstarch first, it removes oils.
3.) Using a small knife with no blade like a cheese spreader, a popsicle stick, or a tongue depressor ... apply where needed. (if you push down hard, it tends to hurt~ experiment.)
4.) Put on a strip of cotton like an old shirt or old sheet. I get a $1.00 yard of material from the fabric store and cut it into strips. Just something cheap.Rub the strip 3 or more times in the direction of hair growth, then (very important) pull skin taut and yank it in the opposite direction of hair growth.
This is a VERY inexpensive way to get rid of hair instead of using duct tape! OUCH! This still hurts but it is very effective.

I just picked up some nads wax for 20 bucks and did my chest & stomach. Its not the most enjoyable thing i've every done but my front is really smooth now! I'd recommened this stuff.......i hope it lasts for a while!

do you have thin chest hair? when i tried nads on my chest it didn't get all the hair off and it hurt like a b*tch. just out of curiosity, can you spread the nads on the cloth strip and then apply, or does it have to go directly on your hair?

went right on my skin with the nads gel stuff, then put the strip over it and pulled it off. I found that keeping the skin tight worked best. I just did my entire arm which to a long time but I am happy with the results. I just hope it lasts a month!

Waxing is tough.
My girlfriend waxed my chest... OMG!
It hurt like hell. See the first strip she'd pull off hurt, but it only took a small part of the hair off. So she'd have to do the same spot 2-3 times. Now THOSE would really hurt. My chest would swell up pretty good. So, we used about 100 strips or more for one side of my chest. By then I said F**K it and shaved the other side off.
Duct tape? That's crazy.
Good job on that recipe Ms Fitness. I'll bring that home to my girlfriend.

the trick with waxing is to get the wax or gel on as much hair as possible and go with the hair, then when you pull the strip off you go again the hair growth..i hope that makes scence..
