I usually workout about 1 hour before dinner
Should i take it immediately after workout before dinner, during dinner or after dinner?

Bro never listen to the dudes at the stores that sell you the supplements. Let me guess, you probably got it from GNC? Use it and buy your products on BB cheap and fast shipping. Also go to the supplement section to ask what people have used and would recommend.

For building muscle.You need to eat, sleep and rest properly and it takes time to grow.

take it when ever you want, you dont NEED to take it at any specific time.

I have been eating like 4-5 eggs a day and lots of milk,breast meat etc but i dont seem to make any progress
So i thought maybe i need a little supplement like whey protein and was introduced to this product
After this i wont buy this anymore

all the other protine you must take with it glutamine + bcaa + creatine ,
