What to do to wake up in the morning...kinda weird situation...
ok
I'm not much one for superpump250 or any other nitric oxide booster.
but
I get home from the gym(MMA) at 9:30 and make food and go to bed at about 10:15...
I wake up at 5:00am the next morning to work out.....lately it's been hard for me to get up because my training is intense....
At 5:00 i wake up start fixing breakfast and at about 6:00 or so work out...would it hurt if i drank some coffe at 5:00? would it affect my workout or make me sick in anyway?
Do any of you do it?
I'm asking because I do not want to waste a day of trying it and get sick as hell or something...
