What to do to wake up in the morning...kinda weird situation...

ok

I'm not much one for superpump250 or any other nitric oxide booster.

but

I get home from the gym(MMA) at 9:30 and make food and go to bed at about 10:15...
I wake up at 5:00am the next morning to work out.....lately it's been hard for me to get up because my training is intense....

At 5:00 i wake up start fixing breakfast and at about 6:00 or so work out...would it hurt if i drank some coffe at 5:00? would it affect my workout or make me sick in anyway?

Do any of you do it?

I'm asking because I do not want to waste a day of trying it and get sick as hell or something...

Coffee is fine. I have one to two cups a day. Other people even have it pre workout.

As long as you're not excessively sensitive to mild stimulants (caffeine) you should be fine with one or so cups of coffee, I take mine black, excess sugar or milk is pointless it still tastes like crap to me.

Yo I work in manual labour this summer having to wake up early and I go to bed late.

As soon as I wake up I drink basically a huge jug of coffee (2 normal coffee worth).

Wakes you up alot.
