4x BB or DB Row: 8 reps
    4x Bicep Curls: 8 reps

    Day 2
    4x Bench Press: 8 reps
    4x Military Press: 8 reps
    4x Tricep Isolation: 8 reps
    4x Ab/Calf Work: 20 reps

    Day 3
    4x Deadlifts: 8 reps
    4x Pullups: 8 reps
    4x Leg Press: 8 reps
    4x Biceps Curls: 8 reps

    Day 4
4x DB or Incline Press: 8 reps
    4x Chest Dips: 8 reps
4x Side Lateral Raise: 8 reps
    4x Ab/Calf Work: 20 reps

There will be a 2 day break then a start. If starting on Monday I work out Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday then break for Friday and Saturday then start again on Sunday.

The first week do all 4 sets for 8 reps.
The second week do all 4 sets for 9 reps.
The third week do all 4 sets for 10 reps.
The fourth week do all 4 sets for 11 reps.
The fifth week do all 4 sets for 12 reps.

In my opinion, the actual exercises are fine, but how they are grouped doesn't benefit the workout. Try to organize the lifts by body part a little better and it'll be a decent workout.
