What other body part on day of biceps?

Today I did tri's and chest, and tomorrow I'm thinking of doing biceps. To make the most of my time what other body part could I work tomorrow?

Back as biceps are used as a secoundry muscle in most back exercises anyway.

    Question

    Do you have a routine?
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

You could do one of two things:

Train your back on bicep days: the two muscle groups are related and work together, so it's never a bad idea to train them on the same day.

Train triceps on your bicep day: the triceps and biceps antagonize each other, meaning one gets a nice stretch while the other works out. You could get a nice workout by training these on the same day too, and it's easy to superset with.

I don't have a routine yet, no, I'm kind of just filling in my five day week and making one up as I go. Back and bi's. Sounds good, I'm off to the gym thanks
