    Help me make good weight gainer.

    I don't know what else I can think off to add thats very nutritious.

    Almond butter (fat/protein)
    Oats
    Whey protein, I'll probably throw in a scoop of some cassien protein also


    What else can you recommend that is very nutritious, I have tons of flaxseed grinded up but will I be over doing the fat if I add 1/2 a table spoonful?

    1/4 cup of oats
    2 servings of natty PB
    12 ounces of skim milk

    tastes pretty good throw in some ice and blend away
