    Truvia/stevia on keto

I am looking for an artificial granulated replacement for sugar that won't take me out of ketosis.
I use artifial sweeteners in my coffee, I assume they're ok ?.
I am confused because according to the nutritional details of stevia it says a tsp has 5g carbs but no calories.
    Which granulated replacement is best.

If it fits your macros then go for it. I find it better than other sweeteners (aspartame is particularly nasty) although xylitol is pretty tolerable.

I bought some stevia tablets, but i dont particularly like the taste. Sweet but not sweet like I like it.

My new favorite sweetener for my coffe: Cream, the fully fat sort of cream.
Off course it doesnt make the coffe taste sweet like candy, but it does take any rough edge away.

I've always used sweeteners in my coffee either saccharine or hermesetas, are they likely to knock me out of keto.
I showed quite high on Sunday with the sticks but back to trace today.
Is there a safe granulated sweetners that won't knock me out.

I've read somewhere that any sweetners will cause an insulin response and surely this is bad on keto.
On the other hand I constantly show as trace on my sticks, so like someone said your either in ketosis or your not.
So these sweetners aren't taking me out, I think.

I use stevia and truvia in different recipes (keto fudge, flax muffins, keto receese cups) and I've had success with keto and staying in keto. Try them out and see how it goes for a week or two. But with everything, moderation!

Unless I'm training early, I have a Bulletproof coffee first thing - unsalted grass-fed butter and MCT oil in coffee. Use a milk frother to mix it up. It can get you through a morning pretty well.

Not had any sweetners since yesterday dinner and checked with sticks this morn and neural reading.
The only carbs I had yesterday was 200ml chopped toms (6g carb) and 10mm bran. The neural reading could have a few explanations, my pee is almost clear all the time.
Nightmare giving up sweetners in my coffee.
Looks like I've lost another 1lb already this week and .25 of an inch around my waist.

I should get me one of those milk frothers!

What is your experience with MCT oil?
Last year I loaded up a dl of it before a bike ride and found out that its a mild laxative. Did 40.9 miles with stomach pains.
I have read that you can build tolerance. Any experience with that?

Do you put the butter and oil in the coffee, sounds interesting.
