uneven biceps

does anyone have any tips for making biceps even? i have been training 2 years and had hoped they would even out on their own, but unfortunately my right bicep is still noticeably bigger; probably because it's on my dominant arm.

i was considering training only my left bicep for 3 weeks so that it could catch up while the right would fall behind and thus be more even. probably a stupid idea. any thoughts?

while i still have that problem, i have been on my way to equalizing my bis. I think the trick lies in endurance workouts. Try doing a burnout with barbells. Something like triple 7s, where u use a 55, then 45, then 35. I found that my left bi definitely became bigger after doing those. Also, do endurance work with preacher curls.

Good luck!

Stick to DB's so each bicep gets its own workout and your stronger arm can't takeover.

I wouldn't recommend not training one bicep for a few weeks like your thinking about as you'll be undoing your good work, surely your aim is to bring the left bicep upto the same size as your right and not bring your right bicep down to match?

On your last set of each exercise use a drop set, rest pause, negatives or whatever on your left arm and try and bring it up that way.

Hope this helps

Go strictly dumbell exercises for awhile and one armed cable exercises. Doing anything involving both arms will only allow you to use your stronger bicep more.
