Help Me Oh Smart Ones
I have researched until my fingers are purple. I had tried REDuction and Yohimbine and Lipo6. I eat clean and keep my macros easily. I am 5'2 and weigh 115. Great. I really really really need to clean up my lower half as myself and many body buildiers and personal trainers have stated. Help me. I have 6 pack abs, great arms, overall good shape. It is in my thighs and calves. I had good luck with Lipo6 in the beginning. Very good luck.
I see you guys talking about animal cuts and Lipderm-Y.
Can you PLEASE help me and suggest something? I know you must get sick of answering these questions and I am sorry.

From the sounds of it, your not far away at all. If you have a six pack then your BF% is low. How often to do you train your lower body? What TYPE of cardio do you do? My suggestion would be to REALLY get after your lower body in the gym. Squats will definitely help with your thighs, calve raises (for calves) and for cardio I would focus on the StairMaster and jogging. You will want to put your legs under as much heat as possible.
As far as a fat loss product goes you may want to look into a topical spray like Eviscerate or something of that nature so you can hit the stubborn sopts directly rather than taking a pill that will go after stomach fat (which it doesn't sound like you have) etc.

Yea, Eviscerate. It's made by RPN. Maybe try the Stair Master for cardio due to the fact you get a great burn in your thighs/glutes.
As far as the Eviscerate goes, its supposed to be highly effective for people with low BF% that are just trying to shed off that little extra they have (in stubborn spots etc).
Other than that I am not really sure what to recommend. When somebody has a 6-Pack and needs to lose fat in a certain spot it makes it tough. Your diet/training must be spot on with that kind of BF%. Does your mom/grandma etc have the same lower body as yourself? Sometimes genetics are stingy and will only allow you to look a certain way before you'd just need some lipo to reomove the stubborn fatty tissue. My step mother had this, her outter thighs/glutes had stubborn fat she couldn't get rid of no matter how low her BF%, so the doc just recomended lipo in which she did. When you have "stubborn" fatty tissue like that removed, its GONE. It won't come back, not saying she couldn't get fat in those spots anymore, but it would just be normal fatty tissue that she could shed like anywhere else on here body.

There are some threads where I posted my legs if you can search under LaiaLona333.
Stairclimber it will be. And the topical, I can not find. Going to research again.

goto BB store... Browse the drop down menu according to "Companies" and find RPN.

RPN Eviscerate here:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/rpn/rpn.htm
You could possibly stack it with RPN Alpha Burn as well if you wanted a little extra...plus it's cheap.
