Traveler's Routine
After three months of unemployment, I am back in the game with a great company and the perfect position for me. I'm really excited.
That said, the new job requires me to travel a lot!!!! I will be at home in Orlando for 1 week, then Tucson, AZ for 2-3 weeks at a time, then back for one. The Hotel I am staying in has dumbells up to 35#, one adjustable bench, elliptical machine and treadmill machine. I need help developing a good routine with that equipment. ANY IDEAS???
1) I need a good routine for when I travel?
2) Does training in Tucson, AZ have a different affect on the body than Orlando?
