I had a quick question today I noticed on a package of burgers it said that it contained 2grams of trans fat. I know its naturally occuring but should I be worried about taking in this natural trans fat or only the trans fat like in fried food and such.
Thx

Some transfats do naturally occur in beef and dairy, they are trans vaccenic acids, and they don't appear to be too bad for you, however, man-made transfats in the form of partially hydrogenated veg oils are very bad for you.
Make sure your burgers are 100% beef and not a lot of fillers, and you're fine.

Not sure how reputable this website is, but this article explains the difference between natural and bad trans fats. Basically, if your burgers aren't 100% pure beef, it's likely bad trans fats.New music and video up! www.daysleftmusic.com
