Hey thanks for taking the time to help me out. Ok so i'm just getting into fitness and changing my eating habits i'm 370 pounds and i dont eat meat at all i dont like it whether its a big mac or its tuna i just dont like it so i'm wondering on how can i get enough protien each day to help me lose weight and gain muscle THanks everyone
