    New update:5'9 168.

Well have been switching a few things up in my eating routine since my last update. Thought I would take some pics. Been about 1-2 months.

I have been eating for a clean bulk, but slower so I am not putting as much fat on. Last month I was about 171 area and then dropped 5-6 lbs within the month or so. Now staying for the most part I have kept my same BF% roughly then when I dropped the weight, but have gone up and stayed at 168+. Feeling A lot stronger and lighter. Don't have any legs pics, very bad and uneven leg. Had broken leg and it is now over a half inch smaller then the other.

But yea here are the old pics/new pics. The cam quality sucks so sorry. Top is before, bottom is after. I know not much of a change, but a tad bit. Also I know nothing spectacular, but I am proud of my gains. When I started lifting after my injury I was 150 and well over 15% fat. Could barekly max 170, now year and half later at 170ish and can max over 275. I am proud how far I have come.

My goals are: get to 180-185 and 8 percent or lower BF, while also staying very athletic. I play a lot of baskebtall, so I focus my leg workouts towards building athletic skills. Then I lift to bodybuild my upper body. Lol odd combo but it works for me. As long as I stay with my basketball, I seem to stay limber and quick VS being slow like a good bit of bodybuilders.

Anyways tell me what you think, good or bad and wha tI need help on

BTW I don't know my BF%. Not truely sure what I am
    235x6 falt bench
    185x6-8 incline
    295x1 decline.
205x1 close grip bench press last time I checked.

Squat now finally getting back into legs after the injury.

    245x8 squat.
    295x10 deadlift
28 inch vertical as of middle of last yr. Will be rechecking soon.
