Title pretty much says it all. Ive narrowed down my choices to
Orange Triad or
NOW Vit-Min 100 + animal flex
Im going for not only price but also the most effective
Opionions? Ive had shoulder issues and i just want to know if OT is on par with animal flex?

orange triad is a great option as the mineral and vitamin forms are great and the ability to split up the dose throughout the day is important as well

has anyone used both animal flex AND orange triad that comment on which worked the best for the joints? If orange triad is just as good it would be great since its all rolled into one, but i just want to make sure. Flex is highly rated and its sole purpose is joints.

OT is what I prefer, I have a bum shoulder and just overall achy joints. I am sold on this product. I also figured since I enjoyed this product so much I would try others by CL, haven't been disappointed yet!
