    Best Multivitamin

Well i have been taking AST Multi Pro 32X for my multivitamin. I found out that apparently its not a very good vitamin because it doesnt digest well and it contains iron.
(and i just bought a new bottle )

anyway, which would be the best multivitamin i could buy?

    NOW ADAM
    Orange Triad
    SportPharma Multi-V

If i choose one other than orange triad, i will be adding animal flex. Is orange triad really a decent replacement for Flex?

Recommendations please. ALso should i finish my bottle of AST or toss it?

Would you consider getting Animal Pak with the Flex? It's a great combo, and knocked out my joint pain.

Take it every morning with my breakfast man. Not a problem.

I'm actually going to be running a complete Universal/Animal stack later on in the year comprised of:
Universal Animal Pump, Universal Storm, Universal Torrent, Universal Intra-Aid, Universal Animal Pak, Universal Animal Test, Universal Animal Omega, and Universal Animal Nitro.

    Wink

AOR's Ortho Core because the minds behind the formula actually know what they are doing. ie. it is based heavily on the very latest in nutritional science and research.

ul 17, 2009 2:11 pm: I was looking everywhere for a good overall multi-vitamin because I feel that I'm not getting everything I need through my diet. But this multi-vitamin seems to have it all. I would definitely recommend this to everyone except men who have gynecomastia. The reason for this is because it has Saw Palmetto, which I've heard can make your gyno worse. I personally have gyno and I am planning on getting surgery soon so it's not as big of a concern to me but to others w/gyno you might want to reconsider or ask a doctor

This is a review under NOW ADAM? does this have any truth?

whether or not multivitamins are even worth taking is absolutely unproven. that is a fact, and the overwhelming scientific literature does not show good support for or against it.

    take that into consideration.

however, for which one you do choose, i would recommend a simple one that is cost effective. avoid iron if youre a guy because it is easier for men to go overboard if youre healthy. something like animal pak sells mainly because of hype and the image. it shouldnt cost you more than 10-15 bucks for a months supply.

either way, you probably wont notice anything at all from a multivitamin given the fact that you should already be eating well.

    Not going anywhere with that....

NOW multi's are good. I'm using Animal Pak, but am going to switch to Opti-men or Sports Pharma just because money is/will be tight.
