    HIIT vs Stairmaster 20 min

    I know the two are different but usually when I go on stairmaster for a good 20 minutes my BPM goes racing and I sweat like crazy- i'm not trying to lose weight or anything, just fat loss. I have a 4 day split and I generally would like to start doing cardio 2-3 times, now my question is, can I do stairmaster for 20 minutes instead of doing HIIT and not loose muscle mass?

    youre not gonna lose muscle mass because of 40-60min of cardio a week.............
