Intresting. I may have to try that cause I have some extra WW flour in my pantry.
Anyways
2 cups milk
2 tbs (32g) peanut butter
1 cup (80g) oats
2 scoops (64g) of either vanilla or chocolate whey
1/2 banana
5 strawberries (only add strawberries if using vanilla whey)Arnolds Six Rules of Success

As for my shake:
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
2 scoops chocolate whey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Works out to be 72 grams of protein and about 800 calories.
I alternate the peanut butter with frozen blueberries if I'm lacking fruit or don't need quite the 800 cals.

This is a low carb one...
6 raw eggs (make sure they are clean and not damaged)
a whole bunch of spinach
(blend these two things together first... the spinach will turn to a green liquid)
Now add an avocado, a couple scoops of vanilla protein, some coconut milk, some omega oil, some milled flax seed, and one packet of sugar free sweetener..
Blend everything together and put it in the freezer for half an hour or so...
It has a tiny bit of a banana type flavor to it.. I've had people that arent dieting try it and they liked it..
Not sure how many calories but you are looking at 60+ grams of protein and a healthy serving of fiber along with a wide range of fats.
This is usually what I have as my last meal before I start fasting.

Here's what i've been doing lately...
2/3 cup oats
1 scoop whey
1 tbsp almond butter
Cinnamon and cocoa to taste
Mix together and add water to get desired consistency then freeze for a couple hours. I just pull it out and eat with a spoon. It's so good when i'm looking for a frozen treat. Comes out to 460 calories, 12g fat, 43g carbs and 47g protein...

Big Blue Chew
After a couple days tinkering around with ingredients trying to find the right flavors and consistencies, I think I've struck blue gold. Here it is:
2 cups milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 scoops whey (I use a combo of Nutrabio's Espresso WPI mixed with GNC's Wheybolic chocolate, mostly for flavor)
3/4 cup of rolled oats (I buy oats in bulk and throw them in a food processor to get a smoother texture. It just depends on whether you want more "blue" or more "chew.")
1 tablespoon vitamin powder (I use Vitamin Shoppe's blend, eez good stuff.)
1 raw egg
If you want to make it super heavy, mix in a couple tablespoons natural PB and some flax oil.
Mixes into a surprisingly hefty 40-48 oz drink. I throw 2 of these back a day, one between b-fast and lunch and the next post-workout. It could also work as a meal replacement for breakfast or something. It comes to approx. 700-800 cals, depending on the kind of milk, whey, etc. with a minimum of 11g fat, 67g protein (using 1 scoop whey,) and around 80g of carbs (about 50 complex from oats, around 30 sugar from milk/berries,) plus all kind of good omegas, vitamins and minerals to help your body absorb all the nutrient goodness.
^One of the best tasting smoothies I've ever had. I genuinely look forward to it, and I really take my time eating it. I'll take a big sip and chew on the oats for a minute before letting it slide down the ole' gullet, thus the name.

Been experimenting recently, most have been pretty awful but this one is delicious as hell.
3 scoops chocolate mint whey
2 bananas, chopped
1-2 cups milk ( I used skim but I don't think it matters)
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
