I just happen to use banana flavored whey so this turns out kind of a peanut butter banana flavor: 1 scoop banana whey, 1-2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Around 900 Calories, About 56g protein, About 32g fat, Around 80 carbs.

I make this peanut butter oatmeal shake almost every day, check this out:
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 banana
1 cup oatmeal
4 tbsp of peanut butter
1 or 2 scoops of protein powder (optional)
half a cup to a cup of liquid egg whites (optional)
Put it all in the blender, blend it up for about 30 seconds on high speed, enough so that it's all mixed up and voila

Funny how similar what I am about to use is similar to yours.
#12 – Peanut Butter Banana Shake
2 cups milk
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
^ I found that on this website and I want to go out and buy all the ingredients, but im kind of stuck on what actual products to buy.
I have like a couple protein powder products to buy (Myotein, BSN Syntha-6, MuscleTech, and Optimum Nutrition 100 Whey) I think I might get the Optimum Nutrition. I know I should use whole milk for gains, but I don't know much about a specific brand of peanut butter, honey, and definitely flaxseed oil. lol i need helpppp

Milk is milk. Look in the ingredient list and there really shouldnt be anything other than milk (sometimes added vitamin D). If your milk has other things in it than you should look into getting something else. Peanut butter is just about the same. There really shouldnt be anything other than peanuts and maybe one or two (maximum) things.

Honestly, i always just drink one or two of these a day
1-2 scoops protein (i use whey fuel, :X)
1 1/2 cup skim milk
2 TB peanut butter (iifym)
50-80g ground oats
Honestly, i chug this shake because i cant stand shakes that arent smooth, but oats really dont make it taste that bad at all. One thing though, drink it asap or else the oats will suck up all of the liquid and it will become just a really really thick drink you almost have to eat with a spoonEngineering Master Race

Allday weight gainer shake
This is one I got from a friend:
ALLDAY WEIGHT GAINER SHAKE
2 Scoops Protein
1 Cup Chocolate Milk
2 Scoops Ice Cream
3 TBSP Chocolate Syrup
3 TBSP PB
Ice
Whole Milk
It's pretty generic so you can customize it to your taste. I make mine so that it has about 1500 calories and drink it every night before bed.

Hey everyone, new to the forum, figured you guys might be able to help me out. I have a fast metabolism and I'm looking to put on some weight before proceeding with anything else. I went to the store and put together some stuff for a weight gainer shake. Whipped it up and was pretty good, let me know if you guys think it needs improvement.
2 cups whole milk
1 cup biochem egg protein
1/2 cup "quick cooking" rolled oats
1/2 cup flaxseed
1 banana and I might try using frozen blueberries to see how it tastes (both just for flavoring)
I also opted out of using peanut butter just because I'm not the biggest fan, though it does have a lot of calories and good fats right?
