I'm guesssing he had to get busted to have a hearing and get probation so yes, he spent at least a few hours in jail before bailing out. Don't know about actual prison time

yes it sucks he is in the public eye more than many others. At the same time, I often enjoy his articles and ideas.

I don't even read most anything he writes. Every other word is f-this and f-that, he talks like a 14yo suburban thug. Why anyone would even start to read his opinions is beyond me.

I like some of his articles, but in reality he is just a mascot/water boy for professional bodybuilding. He seems to understand his role and I think he does a good job.
