I was so tired for this leg day. all lifts felt heavy. :'(

legs:
front squats:155x10 warm up, 2x185x8, 205x8
leg press:405x8, 495x8, 585x8
leg curls:160x8, 190x8, 220x8
leg extensions:i forget the weight, but did 3x8 increasing weight each time
calf raises:9x20 some were on a weird leg press machine and others were seated

abs:
weighted machine crunches:60x20, 70x20, 80x20, 90x20, 100x20
side planks:3 sets of 30 seconds each side

JY-I don't lift with a belt (I dont have one =/), but I coulda used one last night. Could definitely feel a little pain in my back.

If so i never did it before til today and it helped majorly, i got 275lbs x 3 reps

Doesn't your gym have any? or do you train at home?

My gym has everything you just ask to borrow it, I borrowed it today and it feels so much better with it on. My lower back was starting to hurt but after today feels great.

No my gym is a pretty small gym. Its got everything I need, but its small. they dont have belts there. more of a nice and clean fitness center. id prefer a gym where i can slam the plates on and just got crazy, but they dont allow that =/

I feel you. My gym is pretty small too, doesn't help when it's in a Community full of retirees that use the equipment twice as long than they should. *sigh*

lol that sucks bro. most the people who go to my gym are normally pretty fit, couple beastly guys. but then there are the frail older men and women. use the treadmils, bikes, and studio. thats alright tho cuz i dont use those

Aight took some super pump and im going for chest and shoulders today. grape and orange flavors are kinda ****ty, fruit punch isnt that bad. they all get me jacked up tho. just a mini review

bench press:155x10 warm up, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5. wish I had a constant partner, probably could have done 1 more set of 5 at 245, didnt wanna risk it though.
incline DB:90x5, 100x5, 110x2. the first rep took so much outta me trying to get it up, def need a spotter to help the first rep. went back and did 5 more at 90.
chest press(push slightly upward like an incline):180x5, 230x5, 270x5
cable crossovers:60x8, 70x8, 80x8.

shoulders:
standing shoulder press:3x135x8
DB front raises:25x8, 27.5x8, 30x8
DB side raises:3x25x8
DB shrugs:80x8, 90x8, 100x8, 110x8
BB shrugs:185x8, 205x8, 225x8, 245x8

run up the bleachers, run over the the next set of stairs and go down, run over and up, and so on. then run back to the beginning and do it again

o yea just noticed something new on my body. top 2 abs are starting to separate. i must genetically have good abs cuzz i dont work them very hard, but they seem to grow nicely. kinda just gave me a little motivation to train them a little more now lol.

no, explained it on the first page. broke my back a couple years ago. heavy deadlifting nearly kills me. last i did was 315 about a year ago.
