On a summer cut, anyone care to share their ab routines?
If you do weighted exercises then post how much weight you use as it's interesting to get an idea. I'm no real expert in ab training, and have only really just started to get serious about them. I guess when you start adding weights it is like any other muscle, so you train in different rep ranges 6-8, 10-12 etc?

iam pretty sure it would be the same as anything else, still lifting heavy but in for answers.

10 hanging leg raises (make sure you use your abs and not your hip flexors to lift ur legs) and dont swing go slowly and squeeze at top)
15 hanging knee ups
repeat once
25 leg raises on bench
20 leg raises from side to work obliques (both sides)
45 crunches where u feel your abs burn because you crunch so tight (be sure to crunch not lift up)
90 twists at the top of incline bench
do these inbetween your sets. do a set of another body part then go to abs and keep doing that till you are done with the abs.
worked great for me, it kills my abs and now i mix it up ever week in a different order.

do them in 20-25 range
legs and abs respond to high rep ranges!

How often do you guys work out your abs? Like, how many days a week? I'm trying to pick up a workout, but don't want to over train.
