Legs Hypertrophy
does not include warm up sets
Hammer St. power squat 180x10 270x10 270x9-180x9
Hammer St. hack squat 180x10 270x7 180x24 (rest pause)
Glute Ham Raises (very weak on this exercise) BWx8x10x8
Leg Ext. 50x12 60x10 100x10

Standin Calf Raises 140x12x10x8

PWO cardio: 30 min elliptical 140bpm
notes: legs were a bit sore once i started to get going. i really enjoyed using the hammer strenth machine for squats. I usually am not able to do them due to tearing my ACL and MCL a couple years ago in hockey. The gym is a place where it looks like you are allowed to scream, compared to my usual rich people gym.
Really excited to see what i can do these next few months into next summer. I have no decided exactly which competition i want to do but it is more to see how far i can take myself.
Tomorow. Back and shoulder Hypertrophy.

Alright so today when I arrived to the gym I realized my training journal was at home, so I couldn't record my workout. It was intense though. I did back and shoulders all super setted and had a great pump at the end. This morning my back is very sore and so are my shoulders definitly feels good!
Today I will be taking a day off. I have decided to not do anything on Sunday's and let my body recuperate from a long week. I will especially be needing this for this coming week. I am starting a job with my moms boyfriend and it is a construction job. Going to be on my feet all day.
Any body have any recommendations for quick and easy meals to bring with me? I have some protein powder but it is flavorless. I was thinking of mixing it with some Xtend and then just bringing some peanut butter for between my breakfast and lunch. Any other ideas though are more than welcome!

damn, another long day at the job. Worked for 9 hours, came home and slept for 2. Woke up and cooked my meals for tomorow and hit tthe gym and did legs. My knee started to bother me like crazy, been in pain the last couple days, so i cut it a bit short but still hit them pretty hard. I am not posting my workouts tonight since i am waking up in 7 short hours once again.
Will post them tomorow around noon if there's anybody even following ha. Love keeping the log though def. helps keep the drive up to always improve since i know people can stop in and watch progress at anytime.
Every lift hard and have a great day tomorrow.
